Tiffany Carmichael

MA Counselling Psychology
Child & Trauma Therapist
RCC #28032
Specializing in therapy for youth and adults
Tiffany is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #28032) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University (2024) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from MacEwan University (2021).
Tiffany provides counselling to children, youth, and adults, with a particular focus on emotional dysregulation, life transitions, trauma, domestic and family violence, and perinatal mental health, including identity changes, infertility, miscarriage, and pregnancy loss.
Tiffany believes that meaningful change happens in the context of safe, trusting relationships. When people feel seen, accepted, and supported, they are better able to explore painful experiences, make sense of their experiences, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others.
She strives to create a space where clients feel safe enough to process difficult experiences, strengthen their sense of identity, and move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and aligned with who they want to be. Tiffany integrates evidence-based approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), with a trauma informed, attachment-based lens, recognizing that healing is deeply personal and unfolds differently for every individual.
Outside of the counselling room, Tiffany loves spending time with her family and being a proud mama. In her spare time, she enjoys what she affectionately calls her "grandma hobbies," including reading, gardening, baking, and sewing.
