What trauma therapy is

Trauma therapy helps children, teens, and adults work through the emotional and physical impact of traumatic experiences. Using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, therapy focuses on creating safety, processing difficult experiences, and helping clients rebuild a sense of agency and well-being.

    Using evidence-based trauma modalities such as EMDR, OEI, and somatic approaches, we guide clients in processing traumatic memories at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
