I’m providing counselling to children, youth, parents and families in English and Spanish. I support clients through trauma, anxiety, emotional and behavioural challenges, and major life transitions. I bring more than six years of experience. I’m warm, curious and deeply respectful of each family’s story. I believe children and families already carry strengths and wisdom, and I see my role as helping uncover and strengthen those qualities at each client’s own pace. Trust, connection and collaboration are at the heart of my work. My approach is collaborative and dialogic, integrating play therapy, EMDR, attachment-based and neurodivergent-affirming practices. Through play, conversation or creativity, I strive to create a space where young people and their caregivers feel safe, seen and supported.

I work collaboratively, using play, conversation or creativity. I integrate play therapy, EMDR, and attachment-based and neurodivergent-affirming practices. I respect your family’s story and work at your own pace. My role is to help uncover and strengthen the strengths and wisdom you already carry, with trust and connection at the centre of our work.
