I support children, youth and adults and have experience working with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I understand that many people seek someone who listens and truly sees them, and who can help illuminate a path toward a more fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in person-centred and strengths-based philosophies, with empathy, respect and collaboration at its core. I integrate elements from a range of theoretical models to meet each client where they are. I aim to create a space that supports personal insight, resilience and meaningful change.
