I offer counselling to children, adolescents, teens, adults and families. I see therapy as a collaborative experience where we can have meaningful, honest conversations. My work focuses on emotional processing, interpersonal dynamics and internal identity. I believe people of all ages are naturally oriented toward growth. By making space and helping remove barriers, I support clients in reaching their potential. I believe change happens in relationships, and that past relational experiences help shape the present. In my work with children and families, I aim to strengthen confidence and connection so family members can turn to one another for care and support. I also work alongside parents to support healthy relational interactions at home and help them trust themselves in raising their children.

With children, I offer trauma-informed Child-Centred Play Therapy. I let the child take the lead while creating a non-judgmental, safe and authentic space for agency, autonomy and expression. I believe creative play can draw on children’s own wisdom and resilience. I work with parents on the family dynamics they want at home.

With individuals and families, I collaborate through attachment-based approaches and the therapeutic relationship.
