Specializing in therapy for women and youth

In her over 17 years as a Registered Clinical Counsellor  (#2163), Roshni has worked with women and youth who’ve experienced family violence as well as with people struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, burnout and boundaries, attachment and parenting struggles, identity and self-worth, and relationship repair.

Roshni believes in the inherent worth of every individual and in our innate desire to become our best selves. In 2012, she earned a Masters in Social Work degree with a focus on mental health and healthcare—while juggling the responsibilities of a busy young family.

Recognizing that each person’s journey to health and wholeness is unique and wholly their own, Roshni draws from a variety of therapeutic perspectives, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy; Narrative Therapy; Gestalt Therapy; Emotionally-Focused Therapy; the Gottman method; the Satir method; Person-centred Therapy; and Play Therapy.
