Specializing in therapy for youth and adults

Gabi has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is currently awaiting her graduation date. She has experience working with youth and adults in various areas including anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, identity development, relational trauma, and shame-related concerns.

Gabi believes that within our shared human experience, there exists an innate ability for healing and growth. Her sincere dedication lies in gently guiding you to uncover the subtle intricacies of trauma-influenced emotional, somatic, and behavioral patterns. Together, you will embark on a journey to untangle the lingering effects of past traumas, allowing you to regain agency in your daily life. Through this process, you'll discover the path to move forward with renewed energy and a sense of empowerment. These transformative shifts foster a closer connection to your authentic self and others. Within the safety of the therapeutic relationship, you're invited to engage in this personal exploration, knowing that you possess inner resources waiting to be tapped. Gabi is privileged to stand alongside you as you navigate this journey of healing and growth.

Gabi's work is grounded in client-centered, attachment-based, emotion focused, and systemic approaches. Guided by a trauma-informed perspective, she strives to cultivate a safe environment tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

At the heart of Gabi's approach lies the fundamental concept of "undoing aloneness”. This concept reflects her dedication to developing a strong connection with you, ensuring you never feel alone while navigating life’s challenges. Gabi draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy.
